Which services can I access online?

You will be able to enrol for , , and/or ,and Landlords services and add these to your account.

How long will this take?

Registration should take no longer than 5 minutes. Upon successful completion of the registration you will receive a confirmation email. Please follow the instructions contained in the message to confirm your email address. Once your email address has been confirmed and your password verified, you will be able to begin enrolling for services. For each account that you enrol for, we will send an unlock code to you that you can use to gain access to that account or you can use the unlock code supplied on your annual bill or benefit notification letter.

What do I need?

Initially, just access to an email address. You will then need the relevant account or reference number and your postcodeto enrol for a particular service.

Just log in, in the usual way, and use the 'Add Account' option available under 'My Profile'.

I have a PIN unlock code on my annual bill/notification letter. What do I need to do to register?

Follow the instructions to register as a new user, enter your PIN unlock code when prompted.
